Learn to think on your feet using foods you already have in your home. This 4 week class will provide each participant a mystery basket of foods which will be prepared with Chef Jim Warner's assistance in matching foods and flavor combinations that you never though possible. Creative use of foods on hand will help participants cook efficiently and bring out your inner chef.
