Cooking for Two
Learn how to scale back your food preparation, use the foods that you have on hand to prepare a variety of dishes, and also learn to prepare and properly freeze foods that you have learned how to batch cook. Save time, money and increase your kitchen efficiency during this 3 hour class. Also learn to prepare one pot meals using ?speed scratch? methods for creating healthful meals. Lunch is provided.
