Dancing Through the Decades
Join us for a fun program as we gather and celebrate music and dance from the 70?s, 80?s, 90?s and 00?s. Dancing is a great way to keep our bodies and minds healthy! We all know that cardio is good for our bodies, but dance also helps us re-energize, manage stress (by activating our parasympathetic nervous system), and increase happiness (music releases endorphins!) Plus it's great for balance and flexibility.
You will have the opportunity to suggest your favorite songs for our playlist, and our instructor Pamela will lead you in easy to follow dance routines that will make you feel energized, successful, and happy to be moving.
No dance experience needed - this is open for beginners with easy-to-follow dance steps. It's a great opportunity to have a fun activity with your friends and teens!
