Energy, Attitude & Leadership: How Are You Showing Up?
Part of innovate New Albany's TIGER Workshops Series: Workshop leader is Natalie Siston, an award-winning public speaker, passionate writer and certified coach. You’ve done the hard work. You’ve created a product, crafted a marketing plan, built a team and actually turned a profit. But what about YOU? How are YOU showing up? During this workshop, dive into the concept of Energy Leadership with Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Natalie Siston. Depending on what’s going on in a given day – whether really fun or really stressful – you are likely showing up and displaying a different attitude to your colleagues, friends and family. Learn about the different types of energy we experience and how you can take positive, productive, and sustainable action to show up in the best way possible. Energy Leadership™ is a process that develops a personally effective style of leadership that positively influences and changes not only yourself, but those with whom you work and interact, as well as your organization as a whole. Make an investment in yourself by diving into this concept and trying it on during this workshop! Natalie Siston believes that everything she needed to know to succeed in her career she learned by growing up in her hometown of only 600 people. After starting her career in Silicon Valley in 2002, she returned home to Ohio in 2006 to obtain her MBA and begin her corporate career. Throughout this journey, Natalie kept coming back to all of the lessons she learned in Republic, Ohio. That insight led her to create her company, Small Town Leadership, in 2016. Natalie helps her clients and audiences make wherever she works with them feel like a small town. Natalie helps her clients make more meaningful connections in their lives through careful examination of their network and through building an action plan to strengthen their personal and professional relationships.
