Family Yoga in the Park

Unplug from technology and focus on new goals and family togetherness. Join us for Family Yoga in Rose Run Park during the Farmer’s Market! Family Yoga is a creative and fun physical practice that focuses on flexibility and strengthening the body while developing mental focus and concentration. Our instructor* will take you through postures and mediations that are family friendly and easy to access off the mat! This class is appropriate for any adult caregivers and children aged 6 to 12. Family Yoga classes are offered every other week throughout the summer. You are welcome to sign up for any or all of these wonderful sessions.
