Health Talk: Alternatives to Pain Management
At Healthy New Albany - our mission is to Cultivate & Inspire Healthy Living! So we invite you to attend one of our Community Health Talks (lectures with local speakers on topics related to health and wellness). In July we're pleased to hear from Lauren Tiemeier*, OSU Physical Therapist, on the topic "Alternatives to Pain Management", which can include exercise, mindfulness, and graded motor imagery. Lauren will also discuss how rehab can be a part of your pain management journey.
