James Gillis, Certified HeartMath ® Coach, Heart Ambassador, and practitioner at InStill Wellness in New Albany, will be delivering the Resilience Advantage Program in a group setting. He will be facilitating the learning of this program either in person, on Zoom, or a combination of both. Registrants will be notified of facilitation format the week prior.
This program will be delivered in 3 separate 2 hour classes weekly, with one extra class that will introduce a bonus tool and provide time for group discussion, practice, and questions.
