This program is designed to transform "yoga time" into "connection time" for toddlers (ages 3-6) and their adult. Moving away from the pressure of perfect poses, we focus on the beautiful chaos of parenting and the natural curiosity of toddlers and preschoolers. Through imaginative animal-inspired movement, and gentle stretching, you and your child or grandchild will explore how it feels to move together. It?s less about a quiet studio vibe and more about shared giggles, mindful movement, and building a foundation of wellness that sticks.
What?s Inside the Flow?
Parallel Practice: Exercises designed for guardians to get a genuine stretch while children explore age-appropriate versions of the same shapes.
Co-Regulation Tools: Simple breathing techniques to help both the adult and the child navigate big emotions.
Bonding Moments: Partner poses that require teamwork, touch, and eye contact to strengthen your emotional connection.
The "Savasana" Snuggle: A modified final relaxation period focused on quiet cuddles and sensory grounding.
Adults will need to be able to move up and down from the floor.
