Acupuncture has been used in clinics for over 3,000 years, and can help a variety of medical conditions. The focus of this class will be on the most commonly treated conditions by acupuncture, such as pain, headache/migraine, fibromyalgia, nausea etc. The concept of acupuncture, the acupuncture treatment procedure, and the tools used for acupuncture will be presented. A demonstration will also be included.
