Meal Planning
As we look towards the fall and all the busyness of that season, let’s do a week of meals together so we can see how to make a weekly meal plan that uses common ingredients. This allows you to shop once, prep ahead, and ease your cooking through the week, while still providing home-cooked meals that are intentional and yummy! Go home with a week of menus, shopping lists, prep instructions, and the experience of having run through it hands-on and tasted all the meals.

About the Instructor: Sharon Dunn, HNA Nourish Program Coordinator, earned her Baking and Pastry degree at Columbus State and worked for the Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group for eight years as a baker, prep cook, and line cook. Sharon and her family are New Albany residents and she has been involved in the Healthy New Albany community through the Farmers Market and now with Nourish, the community cooking education program.
