Guest Speaker: Dr. Roger Blackwell
Dr. Blackwell is Principal of Blackwell Business Advisors helping firms grow into large ones, after retiring from decades as a Professor of Marketing at the Ohio State University. 

Dr. Blackwell is also President of the Blackwell Associates, Inc., and also serves as a board of director and consultant to retailing and other organizations, focusing on improving consumer delight and increasing profits.

Using the latest U.S. Census demographics, Dr. Blackwell will show leaders how to forecast the future in their own industry, including housing, energy and employment.  Dr. Blackwell will help attendees leave with an understanding why economic and market trends happen, and ability to create their own forecast of what will happen in their industry and firms.
