Move Better for Life is 6-week core-based strength series based on the LYT? method created by physical therapist Lara Heimann and led by physical therapist Thalia Wynne that improves postural imbalances, and establishes optimal movement patterns to boost your energy. Learn the why behind every movement to be your best, and move better for life! Each class will include strength, balance, and flexibility training on and off the floor.
Benefits of the Move Better for Life series include: Learn how to move better to protect your joints and age gracefully - Boost your energy - Improve balance and flexibility - Build strength - Core integration training This class is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. Some movement will be on the floor, but our instructor will also teach ways to get on and off the floor safely and confidently.
Schedule: Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm, October 4th - November 15th (6-weeks total: Please note there is no class on Monday Oct. 25th)
