Navigating Menopause
At Healthy New Albany - our mission is to Cultivate & Inspire Healthy Living! So we invite you to attend one of our Community Health Talks (lectures with local speakers on topics related to health and wellness).
Menopause is a normal part of a woman's life cycle, but transitioning from the reproductive years to menopause can be disorienting and make you wonder what in the world is happening to your body! Join Dr. Lauren Baker* as she walks through some of the basics of menopause and how you can still feel like yourself through this transitional time. We'll end the program with a Q&A session with Dr. Baker.
