The 37th Annual Founders Day Parade and Festival is scheduled for Saturday May 19, 2012 from 11am until 5pm at the New Albany 2-5 Elementary School grounds on St Rt 605 in the City of New Albany. Parade through the City at 11am, Carnival Rides and Games, Food from local non-profit groups i.e. Churches, Historical Society as well as local Businesses i.e. Eagle Pizza, Holy Smoke Barbeque, Ethel Schleppi Memorial Art Show, Columbus Zoo demonstration, variety of business vendors i.e. Dog Obedience Training, Karate Schools, Mechanical Bull Ride, Free Inflatables (Super Giant Obstacle, Superman Obstacle) Photo Booth, Silent Auction to support the Founders Day Event and more still in the planning stages.
