This FREE festival that started in 1976 continues on with Carnival Rides, Mechanical Bull Ride, Ethel Schleppi Memorial Art Show, New Albany Historical Quilt Display, Silent Auction, Various food vendors from non profits to commercial, several free inflatables and other surprises.
