Here’s your chance to take on one of those fancy cookies that you’ve always wanted to try! These special cookies will make a great addition to your holiday cookie plate and will give us a taste of cookies from around the world. Register for whichever cookie you want to make – we’ll provide the ingredients and work hands-on in a small group to prepare your chosen cookie. Then on the day of "class" we will gather altogether to taste the cookies, chat about the recipe you made, and have a bit of community in this hectic time of holiday “to do’s”. Small group options: (register for the time slot of the cookie you want to make) - Italian 7-layer - Sunday Dec. 5th, 1:00 - 2:30pm (cookies resembling the Italian Flag) - Rugelach - Sunday Dec. 5th, 3:00 - 4:30pm - Baklava - Thursday Dec. 9th, 1:00 - 2:30pm - Chocolate Marzipan - Friday Dec. 10th, 10:30am - 12:00pm - NYC Black & Whites - Friday Dec. 10th, 1:00 - 2:30pm Class/Tasting: Sunday December 12th, 3:00 - 4:00pm (when you register for your preferred cookie, you are automatically registered for the final class/tasting)
