In the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, take 90 minutes to slow down and rejuvenate!
Our practice will begin with the soothing sounds of the gong taking you into deep relaxation. Then journey through restorative yoga postures, breath work, meditation and essential oils, inviting space and clearing to balance the mind, body and spirit.
Afterward enjoy a cup of spiced cider to toast in the season!
