Tim Kight will present the R Factor Overview on February 8^th and New Albany resident and former Navy SEAL, Scott Daly will present the other sessions. Scott has brought his passion for critical decision-making and approach to leadership, culture, and behavior to organizations around the world and is now bringing this training to New Albany.
