Reiki Training - Level 1 Certification

In this training with Lori Bower, participants will receive the Level 1 attunements and learn how to treat yourself and others. You will explore the origins of reiki, the reiki principles, the human energy system, hand positions for self treatment, and practice giving and receiving reiki. Participants who complete training will receive Level 1 Reiki Certification (which allows them to provide reiki to others). This class is available to all – no experience necessary.
