Wind down your week with 60 minutes to fully recalibrate, reset, and release from the day. This class may include 1-2 brief flows to warm the body, but will mostly take place on the mat while holding reclined stretches and focusing on deep breathing to relax through the entire body. Props may be used to assist in reclining and relaxing. This class is not workout focused, but more easing tension of the mind and body.
