Restaurant set up: 2pm-4:30pm
 
New Albany Chamber of Commerce provides:

• A 10’ x 10’ tented area and two banquet tables
• Custom signage (decorating with your branding is encouraged)
• Electricity, if requested in advance (bring your own extension cords)
• Ice & water
• Sanitation, dishwashing, and hand washing stations
• We submit your Temporary Food License Application to Franklin County Public Health Department and pay the fee ($18).
• Inclusion in event marketing, promotion, and links to partners website.

• 1,000 appetizer-sized servings (1–2 oz. portions)
• Preparation to pass the Franklin County Public Health Inspection (4:30pm) including food preparation, cooking temperatures, food protection, storage, handling, and transportation
• Equipment for preparing, holding, and serving food including all cooking utensils, containers, and extension cords (if needed)
• Small serving plates, napkins & utensils
• Restaurant set up time is 2:30pm - 4:30pm
