Self-Defense Training & Interactive Scenarios

This 12-hour class is all about teaching women and girls situational awareness and self-defense. The course will include a power point presentation on situational awareness, followed by hands-on skill development and practical applications. The last session will include 3 simulated attack scenarios. Appropriate for any female age 10 and older. This series is taught by Jillyan Will, a former Sergeant with the New Albany Police Department, who now operates "Will Empower", a company focused on empowering women and children through situational awareness tips and self-defense techniques.
