Sports Massage on the Go

Whether you're a ball player, a swimmer, a dancer, or any other kind of athlete; this class is for any young person that has ever felt tension or stress in their body. Come join Carol Baumhardt, Licensed Massage Therapist with Nationwide Children's Hospital, as she discusses the importance of staying healthy, especially for active students. Carol will demonstrate different techniques to help keep you strong, flexible and stress free all summer long. Participants will be stretching, foam rolling, and using massage tools to help relax and revitalize the body and mind. Note: This is an interactive class, so please wear comfortable clothing. Students are welcome to attend on their own, or parents may stay and observe the class with them.
