Summer of Zen
Come relax and rejuvenate at this “Summer of Zen” program! This unique practice incorporates the holistic benefits of our Urban Zen class, led by Lori Bower, along with the dreamy sounds of crystal singing bowls, played by Sarah Waller, to enhance your experience and enjoyment.
Listen to the tranquil sounds of the signing bowls and journey through restorative yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and essential oils to invite space and clearing within to balance your mind, body and spirit. Open to everyone - no yoga experience necessary.

• Rose Run Park (in the grassy area near Dublin-Granville Rd - just east of Raines Crossing bridge).
• Parking is available behind the Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St).

About the Instructors:
Lori Bower, M.Ed, E-RYT 500, is the Director of Integrative Wellness at Healthy New Albany, and is a nationally recognized facilitator in the fields of yoga, meditation, and Reiki. She is the Founder and Director of CARE: Compassionate Addiction Recovery Experience, a holistic healing program combining proven techniques for addiction recovery.
Sarah Waller is a breathwork facilitator, health & wellness coach, and sound healer. She is passionate about helping people combat stress and anxiety in their lives through breath work and sound healing. Sarah has a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Wellness and is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach.
