Summer of Zen: UZIT & Acupuncture
Come relax and rejuvenate at this “Summer of Zen” program! In this unique practice, Lori Bower will lead you through restorative yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and essential oils; inviting calm and balance in your mind, body, and spirit. Plus, Michelle Sauberzweig will offer calming acupuncture points to promote a deeper state of relaxation and overall balance! Open to everyone - no yoga experience necessary.
