
Summer PRE-FAB Workshop
PRE-FAB™ is a collaborative workshop that empowers students to think critically by designing and constructing assistive devices through 3D Printing technology. The PRE-FAB™ Workshop immerses 7th -12th grade students in human-centered design, providing opportunities to explore disability awareness, team-based learning through interactive activities, and understand the importance of innovation and iteration across industries.

SUMMER 2025 WORKSHOP DETAILS
Form5 will host PRE-FAB for 7-9th grade students over the last two weeks of June. Registration opens on January 20th, 2025 and closes May 31st, 2025.
Workshop Schedule:
Week 1 – Monday (6/16), Wednesday (6/18), Friday (6/20)
Week 2 – Monday (6/23), Wednesday (6/25), Friday (6/27)
All sessions are held from 9 am – 4 pm with lunch provided.
On Friday (6/27) @ 5 pm we will host a presentation to showcase the Cohort’s work to invited guests and the participants parents.
