Tai Chi for Fall Prevention
Tai Chi for Balance is an exercise program for older adults that will meet once a week for eight weeks and focus on eight different tai chi movements. This class works to enhance strength through movement, improve functional mobility, reduce fear of falling, improve core strength, increase range of motion.
