For many employers across the Columbus Region, the hardest part of growing is finding skilled technicians. The jobs are here. The people are here. What's been missing is a straightforward way to connect the two.

A new JobsOhio workforce program will help close that gap by providing eligible Ohio employers up to $10,000 per employee who completes an approved training pathway. That makes it easier to implement earn-and-learn models connected to associate degree programs, technical certificate training and registered apprenticeships.
