Urban Zen in the Morning

The groundbreaking class is open to all -no yoga experience necessary! Discover the path to renewing, restoring, and healing for people who are exhausted, anxious, or stressed. Students will experience the holistic benefits of Urban Zen, a blend of gentle movements, restorative yoga poses, aromatherapy, reiki, breath practices and guided meditation leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, and revitalized. This class is appropriate for everyone whether you are recovering from an illness, injury, or simply in need of TLC. Instructor information: Lori Bower completed her yoga training at Yoga on High in Columbus, Ohio, studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through Duke Integrative Medicine and completed her Urban Zen Integrative Therapy training at Yoga Shanti, Sag Harbor, NY. Lori currently teaches yoga and Urban Zen classes at OSU Center for Integrative Healthy and Wellness. She also teaches at Yoga on High where she serves as a mentor for the Urban Zen program.
