World Rhythms Fitness: Dance, Strength, & Stretching
This unique class blends three movement modalities into a comprehensive workout experience. You will experience Dance, Strength Training, and Dynamic Stretching. This program is designed for individuals who want to enhance their fitness with a combination of high-energy and easy-to-follow dance moves, plus low-impact strength movement using loop resistance bands. We will finish with a dynamic stretching routine with an emphasis on improving flexibility by reducing muscle tension, pain, and stiffness. You will experience a full-body workout in a fun and supportive environment.
