This “Worry Workshop” is brought to you from the experts at the On Our Sleeves Movement for Children’s Mental Health. In this session we will discuss how to help children with stress, fears, and nerves, along with common signs that accompany those feelings. We’ll also cover chronic stress/anxiety and ways to help.
