Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Use precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators

• Monitor machine performance and make tool offsets as needed

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards

• Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area

• Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate with supervisors or engineering

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both)

• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions

• Strong understanding of precision measurement tools

• Experience with G-code adjustments is a plus

• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

New Albany, Ohio Convenient commute from Gahanna, Westerville, Johnstown, Pataskala, and surrounding areas.

Shifts Available

2nd Shift 3rd Shift Overtime available based on production needs.
