Location:  Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000

About The Garden For All:

The Garden For All came to life in 2020 at the height of the COVID pandemic. The founders planted 3 x 25 foot garden rows to grow produce for local food pantries and find a way to keep people engaged in the community during a time of separation.

In just a few short years,

  • Our three rows have expanded into three acres of growing space along with four tunnels for winter growing.

  • We harvested 750 lbs of produce in 2020, nearly 14,000 in 2024 and more than 36,000 in 2025.

  • Following the full development of both our new three-acre Johnstown Farm and our current New Albany garden, we estimate the potential of our farm expansion to be 100,000-125,000lbs of produce per year.

We are looking for a Coordinator to join our small team during this exciting time of growth to support our efforts to minimize the impact of food insecurity in Central Ohio.
