As our VISTA member, you will build The Garden for All’s capacity for operational effectiveness, enhancing our ability to manage volunteers, communications, donations, production, and distribution. You will play an important role in equipping us to reach our 2027 goal of growing and distributing 100,000+ pounds of produce to food pantry partners in Central Ohio with the help of 400+ volunteers. Reviewing our current databases/technology/systems, you will make recommendations as to how to best utilize our current resources, as well as identify new ones. Finally, you will develop manuals, tools, and procedures, leading staff trainings to ensure lasting impact on our operations.
