Established in 2016, Fit One Four was created with the purpose to provide an excellent gym experience through connection and service while making health and fitness convenient. This all purpose, 24 hour gym has high quality, easily accessible personal trainers, dietitians, and coaches. Plenty of open space and all equipment ranging from strength to cardio to functional. Also, no long term contracts or initiation fees. Fit One Four is built on hard work, no excuses and is designed to get in, get fit, and get going.
