Flourish Home Care Partners was founded in 2024 by Kimm Boes, a registered nurse with 35 years experience caring for others in Central Ohio.
It was during those 35 years that Kimm noticed gaps in the care available for individuals in transition.
For Seniors needing companionship or assistance, but not ready for 24/7 Assisted Living or Skilled Care.
For independent adults needing short term help after a hospitalization or surgery.
For families looking for care that not only keeps their loved one safe, clean and fed, but also fosters feelings of connection, anticipation and joy.
For sons and daughters that just need someone to check on Mom or Dad.
For family caregivers who need a break.
