Why HR Needs to Embrace Big Data
The New Albany Chamber of Commerce is pleased to bring you Ralph Greco, from the Business Analytics Initiative at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, to speak on trends in big data as it pertains to talent acquisition, retention and HR measurements at the HR Council Breakfast, 7:30am - 9:00am, October 26, 2016 at the Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany.
Small businesses can benefit from this as well! Enjoy a hot breakfast while learning how HR and big data can impact your bottom line. *You do not have to be a Chamber member or HR professional to attend; the community is welcome.
Big Data and Analytics are becoming prevalent in Human Resources. Multiple surveys have shown that Analytics is being implemented across all industries, and HR organizations will spend a larger percentage of their budget on analytics, tools and data in the coming years. The discussion will cover where the industry is currently with Data and Analytics and a quick dive into Employee Retention, Recruiting and Training.
