The Columbus Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend their annual 2010 Government Day! The event will be held on Friday, May 14, beginning at 9:00 am at the Columbus Chamber which is on 150 S. Front Street, Suite 200, Columbus, 43215.
Government Day provides an opportunity for business leaders to learn about important public policy issues as well as express the businessperson's point of view to officeholders and government officials. The event begins with a series of roundtable forums where experts, officeholders and interested business leaders share perspectives on issues such as health care, infrastructure, building start-up companies and the impending state budget crisis. After participating in these conversations, the attending business leaders come together at a lunch featuring insights from a political insider. The Columbus Chamber currently has Republican Party Chairman, Kevin DeWine, confirmed and possibly Democratic Party Chairman, Chris Redfern, to speak.
