Class 2: "Creamy Dreamy Pasta" - A Caribbean Comfort Experience
This lively, hands-on class celebrates bold Jamaican-inspired flavors through a creamy plant-based pasta. Participants will prepare a rick Rasta Pasta dish that captures the essence of Caribbean comfort food - colorful, spicy, creamy, and joyful.
- Understand how to create creamy, dairy-free sauces using coconut milk and plant-based alternatives
- Practice sauté techniques for mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers to achieve optimal texture
