Understanding Business Investment Opportunities: This course, presented by the TechColumbus Venture Development team, will provide you with information on private equity, state and federal grants and tax incentives that would benefit clients that participate in research and development of new technology based products. CPA's will earn 2 hours of Specialized Knowledge CPE Credit.
Learning Objective: To become aware of the numerous resources for technology based companies and to identify how and when a company should seek these resources.

? Navigating Ohio?s Third Frontier Grant and Loan programs
? Discovering Ohio?s Technology Investment Tax Credit for accredited investors
