"I Am Thriving" is an innovative and comprehensive experience to empower cancer survivors. This 8-week, peer-supported, community-based program includes four components:
1. Individualized wellness coaching sessions
2. A weekly educational meeting on various topics
3. A twice-weekly group-based exercise program
4. Complete access to the Health and Fitness Facility throughout the 8-week program.
This is exclusively designed for women who are cancer survivors. This program is put on in partnership with: Healthy New Albany, and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center?s Health and Fitness Center.
