Independence Day Parade & Festival 2022

Presented by the New Albany Chamber of Commerce, the Independence Day Parade & Festival is a favorite annual tradition that fosters civic pride like no other. Thousands of residents and visitors attend the parade in the morning and the festival in the evening. This free family-friendly festival features a live entertainment, bounce houses, face painters, balloon twisters, and caricature artists. Lt. Dan's New Legs (LDNL), a pop, dance, and hip hop band from Columbus, OH will be performing. Check them out online! Food and beverages available for purchase from food trucks. 

*Fireworks presented by the City of New Albany will start at approximately 9:45pm. If the fireworks are unable to be displayed on July 4th, due to inclement weather, they will be rescheduled for July 5th.
