New Albany 101: Public Service Department Tour

Celebrate Earth Day to Arbor Day with the City of New Albany this April 21-27!

Join us on April 23 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the New Albany public service complex for a behind-the-scenes tour of the department that makes New Albany better for both residents and visitors every day of the year. New Albany’s public service crews take care of everything from street trees to snow removal, and traffic lights to sanitary sewers. Participants can learn more about our vehicles, equipment, salt barn, solar panels, and composting!

New Albany 101 is an IDEA Implementation Panel initiative created with the goal of making local government accessible to all of New Albany's residents.
