Summer of Zen: UZIT & Sounds of Nature

Come relax and rejuvenate at this “Summer of Zen” program! The practice will feature the soothing sounds of nature provided by Jolyn Gallagher (Music Therapist). Allow the rhythmic sounds of nature to promote relaxation and bring you into a reflective state, as Lori Bower leads you through restorative yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and essential oils. This unique practice will invite space and clearing within to balance your mind, body and spirit. Open to everyone - no yoga experience necessary.
